10th Whiringa ā-nuku 2024, Base Notice - Visitor Escorting Responsibilities

Once the visitor pass is granted,
• When you drive through the Guard gates you must tell
the guard that you are escorting the visitor.
• Maintain line of sight at all times on the visitor.
• Do not take the VISITOR PASS off site for any reason.
• If you give your visitor to another DCAC holder you are still
responsible for them.
• The ESCORT is responsible to return the Visitor Pass to the
Pass Office received from, once the visitor has left site.
If this policy is not followed an XP188 is completed.
